1. be kind and respectful

   we’re not here to attack islanders/contestants/each other for their looks, speculate sexuality, or spread unnecessary hate

2. keep tweets on topic

   we can obviously talk about more things than love island, but let’s not get too off topic and start unnecessary discussions as well as letting them run long

3. stop the drama… i beg

   scrolling through tweet after tweet about something that has nothing to do with our silly dating shows gets old/annoying fast. take it up with them in the dms!

4. please be normal

   any fanfiction you write about a single picture or misinformation can be kept in the drafts 😁 also, we don’t know these people, this is a show act accordingly

5. stop the stan wars… please

   there’s no reason to compare the girls/the couples to one another, learn to have fun 😁

6. no unnecessary discourse

   your tweet may have been posted with good intentions, but the conversation surrounding it is getting out of hand. it’s taken down to nip the convos in the bud

7. no outside drama

   bringing in negative tweets from outside the community just to talk about how bad they are actually makes it worse than it needs to be

8. no engagement farming/extreme rage baiting

   we all enjoy a fun tl cleanse here and there but i feel like this one is self explanatory 😹
