   No soliciting of any kind. This includes donations, investments, or financial help. Focus on sharing finance knowledge, insights, and respectful discussions.

5. Respectful Communication

   All members of the community must communicate with each other in a respectful manner. Disrespectful or offensive language or behavior will not be tolerated.

   Avoid repetitive, irrelevant, unsolicited content, or using automated tools. Keep discussions meaningful.

7. Explore and Share

   Explore and share posts on the topic of real estate that are as accurate as possible. Try to provide sources when available. Let's learn and grow together.
