   this isn't a way to get help with your suspended account, verification requests, content moderation enforcement, or anything related to ‘shadowbanning’

2. treat others how you would like to be treated

   critical & constructive feedback is welcome, personal attacks & insults are not

3. patience is a virtue

   we'll do our best to follow up w what's shared here, but it might take a minute (we're a small group who have jobs outside jst scrolling X - shocker i know)

4. the more details the better

   to help troubleshoot the issues you're experiencing - the more info you can share the better. we need things like device type, app version, & photos/recordings

5. just for fun

   we're testing using communities as a way for people to share feedback about the platform, for now consider this just us playing around
